Condiment #2


Tomato puree for pasta, noodles, for a base of tomato soup or on top of pizza dough.

3 tomatos or 250 g
1 garlic clove
1 onion
2 tbsl rapeseed oil
0.25 tsp salt
0.5 tsp paprika powder
a hint of black pepper
1 tbsp of fresh basil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp hemp protein

Sauté onions in a kettle with oil. Add sliced tomatos (stems removed). Mix and let tomatoes soften. Remove kettle from hot stove and add seasonings. Mix with a hand mixer and let it cool down.
