Smoothie #1


Energetic day with a lovely bilberry smoothie.

1 dl Hemp flakes
1 dl bilberry
1 banana (or 2 apples)
5 dl Hemp milk
1 kale leaf
+ add on top germinated hemp seeds

Add all ingredients to a bowl. Blend it. Enjoy.
