Condiment #1


Protein-rich condiment to add taste!

4 dl of fresh basil leaves (loose)
0,5 dl roasted hemp seeds
0,5 dl vegan parmesan cheese
3 tsp hemp seed oil
1 garlic clove

Shred the basil leaves. Grind hemp seeds separately with a blender, or hand mixer or mortar. Slice the parmesan cheese and chop the garlic. Mix all ingredients to a bowl and add oil. Mix with a hand mixer or blender into fine-grained mass.

If you wish to make the pesto smoother, add oil.

Serve i.e. on top of warm bread, pizza, pasta or noodles.
