Add apples, berries, hemp seed oil and hemp milk to a bowl. Blend.
Add youghurt to dessert bowls. Add the berry mixture as a top layer. Sprinkle hemp seeds on top according to your preference. You can also add redcurrant berries as decorative food.
Alter the recipe to Gluten-Free by replacing the oat yoghurt to i.e. soy yoghurt.
